Fred Hageman, prior to co-founding HS&A in May of 2000, previously served as Vice-President, Corporate Development for a publicly traded national rental company. As co-head of the Corporate Development Department, Hageman successfully spearheaded nearly $200 million in acquisitions, including some of the largest made by the Company.

Mr. Hageman has spent his entire career serving the rental industry, including Vice President-Midwest Regional Sales and Director of Track Drill Sales for Sullivan Industries, a leading manufacturer of air compressors and track drills and as National Accounts Manager with Amida Industries (now a division of Terex), a leading manufacturer of portable lighting systems and concrete finishing equipment. Fred has a proven track record in sales, marketing, finance, economics and management.

Mr. Hageman resides in Cameron Park, California with his wife, Sheri, his son, Jay, and daughter, Lindsay. Hageman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas.

Gary Stansberry formerly served in executive positions within the mergers and acquisitions department of two of the largest rental industry consolidators. Mr. Stansberry managed the acquisition process for 41 transactions (total transaction value of $663 million) that added 118 operating locations totaling over $340 million in annual revenue to their national networks. In addition to his acquisition duties, Mr. Stansberry performed in-depth surveys of numerous markets ranging from individual cities to entire states that had been identified for potential expansion.

Prior to his acquisition experience, Mr. Stansberry founded and sold two successful businesses including a rental operation. He has served as President, General Manager, Controller and Chief Financial Officer of several closely held firms. Gary is a Certified Public Accountant and spent two years with a national public accounting firm.

Mr. Stansberry resides in Arlington, Texas with his wife, Stacy. Gary's daughter, Carolyn, resides in Barcelona, Spain and son, Andrew, is a student at the University of Arizona in Tucson. Stansberry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
